Purpose

TM Process & Controls (“TMPC”) utilizes Microsoft Teams recordings and transcription capabilities to support business operations, project collaboration, training, documentation, knowledge retention, customer support, and compliance requirements.

Information That May Be Collected

  • Participant names and profile information
  • Audio and video communications
  • Meeting transcripts
  • Screen sharing content and presentations
  • Meeting chat messages
  • Meeting attendance information
  • Files or content shared during the meeting

Use of Information

Recorded meetings and transcripts may be used for legitimate business purposes, including project documentation, operational support, training, quality assurance, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Storage and Access

Meeting recordings and transcripts are stored within TM Process Controls’ Microsoft 365 environment and are protected by applicable security, retention, and access control policies. Access is limited to authorized personnel who have a legitimate business need.
