Blending PLC Migration – Industrial Minerals Facility

TMPC upgraded a PLC-5 blending control system at a U.S. Silica processing facility to a ControlLogix platform with Ethernet-based I/O. The phased migration included HMI replication, new PLC programming, and onsite commissioning support. The upgrade eliminated hardware obsolescence while delivering a smooth transition back to production with minimal downtime.
