TM Process & Controls, Inc. all started with a snowstorm and a late-night conversation. Niniv and Andrew were working at different companies but often found themselves on the same projects, spending long hours together in the field. One night while working a job in South Hampton, they got snowed in at a hotel. With nowhere to go, they cracked open a bottle of whiskey and started talking.
As the night went on, they realized they had something big in common—they weren’t happy with the direction their companies were heading. Somewhere between laughs and serious talk, the idea of starting their own company came up. One that brought together both process and controls engineering in a way that made sense. That night sparked it all, and from there, TM Process & Controls was born.
TM Process & Controls, Inc. was founded in 2015 by two engineers who believed that mechanical design and automation shouldn’t live in silos. Today, we’re a growing team of process designers, controls integrators, and cybersecurity specialists helping manufacturers build systems that work—day in, day out.
