Overview
TMPC provided network hardware, industrial IDFs, and OT engineering services to implement a scalable, future-ready packaging network backbone. The project replaced outdated hardware, added industrial-grade IDF panels, implemented redundant network infrastructure, and ensured optimized communication between processing and packaging systems.
Problem
The existing packaging network lacked redundancy, scalability, and industrial-hardened components — limiting uptime reliability and future growth potential.
Solution
TMPC supplied and configured industrial-grade Stratix switches, Cisco Catalyst core switches, fiber connectivity, and redundant UPS-powered IDFs. The network was reconfigured to support future expansion, improve asset communication, and integrate SNMP monitoring capabilities.
