CASE STUDY
I/O Checkout; Controls Commissioning; Onsite Resource & Schedule Management; 12-Hour Shift/Weekend Support Deployment
TMPC supported this customer’s Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF) expansion project amid severe timeline constraints. Due to delays from permitting, inclement weather, and lost contractors, the project start was significantly pushed back, but the customer still had to meet a firm year-end deadline to align with fiscal goals. TMPC adapted in real-time to evolving onsite conditions, commissioning equipment as it was being installed.
The customer faced tight timelines due to project delays and financial year-end constraints. Despite working in a plant still under construction, they needed to commission equipment and bring the AMF line into production quickly. Any delay could negatively impact their business operations and revenue projections.
TMPC responded with agile project execution: increasing manpower, working 12-hour shifts including weekends, and beginning I/O checkout as soon as equipment became available. The TMPC team closely coordinated with the milk powder processing facility and installation contractors to streamline commissioning in parallel with ongoing construction.
