Control System Stabilization & Optimization – California Rice Mill

TMPC partnered with a California-based rice mill to stabilize and enhance their control systems through detailed assessments and targeted logic improvements. Critical backups were secured, remote access was established, and safety system logic was revised for reliability. Operators saw improved usability through HMI updates and alarm optimizations. TMPC also proposed a phased migration from legacy SLC hardware to CompactLogix for future-proofing the facility.
