Crafting Bubbles: Sparkling Wine Skid for Wander + Ivy

To help Wander + Ivy bring their sparkling wine vision to life, TMPC designed and built a fully integrated, mobile carbonation skid. Engineered for flexibility and precision, the system enables chilled wine to be carbonated with CO₂ and nitrogen to exact levels before bottle capping. Featuring a custom CompactLogix-based control system, intuitive HMI screens, and robust mechanical design, the skid was commissioned and tested on-site with seamless startup. This solution supports Wander + Ivy’s commitment to delivering a premium single-serve sparkling wine experience.
