Form Mixing System Automation – Laying the Foundation for Scalable Production

TMPC partnered with a next-generation building materials manufacturer to automate their Form Mixing System. Previously operated entirely by hand, the new semi-automated solution introduced PLC logic, an intuitive HMI interface, and process monitoring tools that improve accuracy, reduce strain on operators, and prepare the facility for future automation phases.
