TM Process & Controls, Inc. (TMPC) provided a complete turnkey solution for a new apple juice production facility. The facility was designed for 100,000 gallons per day of juice production with capabilities for both carbonated cold fill and hot fill bottling. TMPC oversaw everything from the mechanical process design and electrical/automation engineering to equipment procurement, installation, and system startup.
The customer required a fully operational juice processing and bottling facility in a new geographical region to expand production capacity and meet growing demand. The solution had to integrate new equipment and utilities across multiple complex systems, including juice pressing, filtration, pasteurization, and packaging.
TMPC proposed and executed a comprehensive design-build project involving the installation of six juice presses, buffer and juice tanks, filtration and pasteurization units, a packaging line, and full utility systems including compressed air, glycol cooling, steam, and CIP. TMPC managed all phases from engineering through startup, including equipment skidding and field installation.
