Overview
TM Process & Controls Inc. partnered with a global leader to modernize and standardize control systems across their operations. The project involved detailed engineering evaluations, a platform migration, and the implementation of a robust support structure—all while aligning with strict internal standards and minimizing operational disruption.
Problem
Outdated firmware, platform compatibility issues, and a complex HMI system were reducing system efficiency and operational reliability. The client also needed consistent PLC programming and continuous onsite support to meet internal and operational demands.
Solution
TMPC conducted a full controls audit, executed firmware/software updates, completed a FEED study for 27 OT assets, and managed the migration to a PlantPAx HMI system. The project included server procurement, VM setup, and programming aligned with the client’s internal specifications. A 24/7 onsite support framework was also established to ensure ongoing system reliability.
