Caleb Rounsavall graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Caleb has experience in control systems and network design for manufacturing and production in the food and beverage industries. Caleb works out of our Elk Grove office.
Manuel graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Civil Engineering degree. With over 7 years of experience in the controls and systems integration world, Manuel is an expert in graphical interfaces, SCADA and network security. Originally from Oakland, Manuel works out of our Elk Grove office.
Andrew Eden is an accomplished Controls Engineer with over 11 years of experience in control system design implementation including bidding, project management, coding, start-up, and support. His degrees in Physics from North Central College and Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois along with firsthand experience with process/control, on-site support, customer training, and instrumentation make him a valuable systems integrator. Andy works out of our Naperville, Illinois office.
Garrett Rhoten graduated from University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Garrett hails from a background in applied electronics with hands on experience designing and installing power and control systems. His careful eye for details and charming personality make him a huge asset to the TMPC team.

Rolando Bonilla graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. He has over twenty years of process/control experience with a background in control system design, installation, and implementation. He speaks fluent Spanish, and has commissioned projects for customers all over the United States, Puerto Rico and Internationally.
Shawn Ramsey has lived in northern California for over 25 years and attended American River College. She is a dynamic and motivated professional with extensive cross-functional experience as a full charge bookkeeper, Senior Tax Associate, HR administrator, Safety Manager, Controller, and Operations manager. Her determination and attention to detail ensure that projects stay on track and bring value to the business.

Niniv Tamimi, Co-Founder of TMPC, graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science & Engineering. His experiences as a Senior Controls Engineer and Project Manager have brought him to jobs all over the world, making him an expert in system automation and network security for food and beverage manufacturing processes. His ability to solve complex problems makes Mr. Tamimi an effective system integrator.
Kolter Knapp graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and concentration in Manufacturing. Combining process design with a knowledge of design for manufacturing, Kolter has proven to be an excellent team member on a wide range of projects. Originally from San Diego, Kolter is working out of our Elk Grove office.
Controls Engineering Manager
Nar Vang graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and masters degree in Mechatronics. His experience as a Controls Engineer and his knowledge of process piping allows Nar to manage projects from conceptual design to implementation. His eye for quality and product performance make him a highly sought after controls engineer and networking engineer.
Cameron Hamari joined our team after working in process fabrication and installation in the food and beverage industry. His knowledge of mechanical processes and knack for programming make him an important asset to the TMPC team, especially during start-ups. Cameron combines his industrial knowledge with network security to safeguard our team and our customers from cyber threats.
Donald Blackburn attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration. Several years of process experience and a business background cater well to process design and business development.

As a Professional Engineer with a Chemical Engineering degree from UC Davis and over 10 years of experience as a Senior Process Engineer, Andrew Morgan is an expert in mechanical process design, specializing in Food and Beverage manufacturing. In 2014, he co-founded TMPC with the goal of applying innovative ideas to manufacturing solutions. As a native Californian, Mr. Morgan appreciates the opportunity to live in such a rich agricultural area and contribute towards the progress and sustainability of the food and beverage industry.
